Angry client on terrible service

I would like to complain on terrible service received from Debonairs in Tembisa at Tembi mall. I placed an order and my order was delivered incomplete after 2 hours. No receipt was provided and the guy just rushed off with my money and no change was provided. I need my cold drink and my change please
