Angry, annoyed customer

I am angry as a customer. I ordered a pizza at Debonairs, glenwood francois on the 19th of July 2021 and my order was not delivered on that day. I call in this morning to ask why my pizza was not delivered and I was told sorry. I stayed up at night with no food by the way as I HAD ORDERED TO EAT A PIZZA AND ALL I GET IS A SORRY ? I was talking to Nosipho from that franchise and she was very rude and not helpful at all. 20 hours later my pizza is not delivered and nobody from Debonairs cares
