Angry and Disgusted

I have purchased a pizza on 05/02/2023 from the Westgate mall branch in Mitchells Plain , My 7 year old daughter nearly choked on a staple she found in her slice of pizza,

I contacted the call Centre , with no help but an email address where I am still awaiting feedback form *** .

They keep said they will investigate the matter , its is 8 days later and still no feedback ? I sent them the pics of the staple as well as my slips and and and .. Had this been any other branch in a different area the response would have been different .

I am done with Debonairs , they should have a disclaimer on their menu " eat at own risk) :(
