angry and disappointed by Debonairs

I am so angry!!! I ordered debonairs pizza at 19:51 using the online app and I was supposed to get pizza delivered to my place from Dube. The order was confirmed and I received an sms stating that I’ll get pizza delivered. It’s 21:36 and I’m still waiting!! No one has communicated with me and their line doesn’t go through! What kind of service is this?? I could have went with other take away places but I trusted debonairs enough to give a quick service and a filling meal but this what I get instead.
