Andriaan manager at boulders

I ordered the pizza at boulders midrand through the Debonairs app and waited for delivery for more than 1hr 30 minutes. I called and the lady mavis said it's out for delivery. When I finally spoke to andrian the manager after 40 minutes he couldn't give a damn. He said he will cancel the order and I will need to communicate with yumbi for my refund. He will just cancel on his side. What kind of a service is this. Why take my money and make me wait for almost two hours and then give me attitude. Tell me I will speak to yumbi? Who is yumbi cause I ordered through the debonairs app on my phone.
