An order that was not received

I ordered 2 large pizzas at Debonairs Westwood Mall (Durban) on the 25th of April 2023 @ 18:07 using the app, to be delivered at my place. I then received a call from them at 18:28, informing me that they do not deliver in my area (which is 5km away). I asked the caller what will happen now that I have already paid, he said, they will re-fund me. Today is the 12 of May 2023, I still have not receive the refund yet. I sent emails and wrote on the chat but nothing has been done yet.
