An order that was never delivered

<p>I gave Debonairs Secunda a call today at 19:55 to order a pizza,21:00 I gave them a call again to ask where my order was and the person in the line said "the driver is on the way",it's now 21:50 order still not here,I'm even going to bed HUNGRY.</p> <p>im so disappointed in their service,not sure if I will give them a call anytime soon, and I unfortunately wouldn't recommend this Debonairs,they should improve on this its unacceptable,just as much as they record their calls for quality purposes,I just hope they will pick up on my call and realize that this is not the way to treat loyal customers. </p>
