An order that took 5 hours

<p>today I and my boyfriend orders a pizza online at 16h05, after a hour 30 minutes we called in to do a follow up.the call center agent said we should wait because orders can take between 1hour to 2 hrs to be delivered. We waited as advice, we called in ofter the 4th hour since the order the call was transfered to the manager who told us that the driver is on his way, now it's almost 21h00. I find this inconsidarate and unacceptable. I just have no words to describe how disappointed we are with you service. I think this was our last order. </p>
