An hour waiting for food

We went to Debonairs Pizza in Gelvandale on Saturday the 7 March 2020. I always use my app to order food which i did in this instance. I paid for my food and waited. After an hour the manager comes out after the staff had an argument in front of all the customers to say that there were no pizza bases available to make my pizza. We ended up having to go to a different Debonairs but not even an apology was provided by the manager in Gelvandale.
