An hour and a half for delivery of only 3.4km away

Pizza Order arrived one and a half hours later! Not even a phone call to apologize or explain delay! We had to call in to the call centre after an hour only to be told there would still be another half hour delay! Note....we are only situated 3.4km away! Very bad service by Debonairs Upington.
