AMAZING BAD SERVICE

I ordered online and selected kerbside collection at Debonairs Hammanskraal on the 24th of March 2021. 30 minutes later I was at the parking lot waiting for their call. Seeing that they were not calling I called them. The guy on the phone said the restaurant was supposed to have called me by then and he promised to get back to me. 10 minutes later still nothing from Debonairs so I had to go into the restaurant to check what was happening as calling them was fruitless. I got to the restaurant and the cashier there tells me they don't do kerbside collection then he tells me someone went out with my order to a location I knew nothing of and then says I will just have to wait for that person to come back so I can get my order. When I tried to get an explanation of what was going on and how come they say they don't do kerbside collection yet on the app there's an option to choose one the guy just kept quite. About taking my order to the wrong location, they claimed that they talked to me over the phone and I told them that location. When I told them that they didn't even call me to find out where I was parking, they then said my phone was off and they couldn't get hold of me. I took my order, went back to my car then called the call center again to complain about the sevice, the lady at the call center said she's transferring me to the restaurant manager but instead I had to talk to the very same person who went out with my order. After an argument over the phone with her that's when she says let me give the manager the phone. I just cut the line because it was obvious that I was getting nowhere with that. As if that was not enough, when I got home I find one of the pizzas I bought the other pieces are a size of a side plate and others that of a fork. That's Debonairs, THEY ARE REALLY AMAZING...
