Am disappointed by your unchanging behaviour despite my numerous complaints

I ordered a triple decker meal at 5pm my peer came at 6pm with the pizza only ****tail grilled and Fanta orange was not delivered I called the lady manager said they will deliver , I called at 8pm they told me they are closed this is not the first time I ordered the same meal and was told that o would get a refund since today dololo I had to drive there to get my pizza however my order today was incomplete. Am merely complaining about the constant behaviour of debonairs Jabulani mall I do bot want my missing order because what are the chances that they did not spit on my food Remind me never to order anything in Soweto but in the burbs because kasi restaurants are **** and con Artists You pay for the food but don’t get to enjoy it at a go and told they will deliver in the morning honestly who wants hot cold rink and cold grillers, don’t contact me debonairs all the time I must write a review because of the same behaviour
