Always Bad service

I am disappointed in the service I received from the debonairs in Cleary Park. I called in to place a order and spoke in English which according to my understanding is the language of communication at the branch because that was the language the lady spoke when she answered the phone. The lady on the phone first spoke in English and after I said I would like to order two small pizzas she Said i must wait she is busy. Why answer the phone then. Then she proceeded to talk to me in Afrikaans which is not a language I communicate in but I tried to make sense of what she was saying. Why should I as a customer have to tell her I don't speak or understand Afrikaans when I am talking in English. She had no telephone Ettiquete what so ever. This is not my first bad experience with this branch. They are honestly not interested in good customer service at all
