Already Eaten Pizza

Good day, I hope this message finds you well. My name is Hlumela and today 14 December 2022 I placed an order of the On The Triple. Everything amounted to R288, 64.

Our pizzas arrived on time. But upon opening them, only two were correctly presented while the third (Debonairs Chicken) had a disgusting massive bite in it (pics were taken). I have no idea how this happened or why the item was not checked before it was delivered but I am highly ****ed as this is during loadshedding and this pizza is for my family. We've never had issues before buying the pizzas and we always get the same order (On The Triple) and it's the first time ever we have had to deal with something as atrocious as this. I am highly disappointed and I hope you guys can get back to me ASAP before I take this matter further.
