Almost a month and still NO REFUND!

I placed an order on the 7th Aug, and they called after 5 minutes to let me know that they do not deliver in our area. 10 minutes after that I immediately emailed the store manager with my banking details and certified copy of ID. The amount was R319.20 Fast forward, it has been 15days and I still have not received my money back. They keep saying they will investigate and still nothing. 2 days ago they said my money has been refunds, but still nothing. This morning I received an sms to say my money has been refunded but it will take 5 working days. by then it will be 21 days since I ordered and still did not get my money back. This is ridiculous and utterly disgusting! They are quick to get the money but take their time to pay you back!!!
