Almost 50 minutes of waiting and coupled with LIES
<p>Most pathetic service coupled with lies received from this branch. After placing my order for collection at 5pm, and it's almost 17:50, I'm still waiting for my pizza. Since I arrived here at 5:15 my pizza has been in the oven as told by more than one staff member and managers (Anthea). Every walk in customer seems to be getting their food besides me. I hope you paying your staff in peanuts because they sure and treating the customers like ******s. I will never order from Debonairs again and encourage everyone I know not to order from you either. Disgusting service! I wish I could give you ZERO stars!</p>
The area manager came and educated me on what the delay was and promised that he would educate his staff on lying to the customers. Thanks for taking the time out to chat to me!
