All staff needs training on locating areas for delivery

<p>How I'm so not feeling like the Pizza I just ordered from Debonairs broadway Durban north , Staff taking orders over the phone are dom (Stupid) They kept me on the phone for 10 minutes asking for directions and exact physical adress to my place . I stay 4.9 kilometers from them but they have no clue of the area , *** !!! </p> <p>They kept on passing my call to one another ..</p> <p> </p> <p>afrer 5 minutes when I thought all is inorder someone calls me back to ask for my adress again and telling me they don't deliver to my area ! I have orders at this branch before and never had such issues !!! Then I'm told they will check and see if Glenashley branch can deliver for me . Glenashley is like 8 kilometers from me !!! I'm sorry but that is all bull**** service I have ever received in one store !!! My word !! I'm so mad !!! </p>
