All Round The Worst Experience Ever

I placed an order online around 16:20 and struggled for an hour to get through to them! First, the call centre agent dies not send me to Birch Acres Mall Debonairs and tells me that Van Riebeck and Birch Acres are the same thing... So, she's gonna send to Van Riebeck Park! I get through to them and the lady on the other end of the line is as shocked as I am... We end the call and I call back again! I unfortunately got back to the same lady and she told me that it's the same thing... She gives me attitude and speaks very rudely before she transfers me to the Van Riebeck branch again (this time without my consent) and I asked the store agent to send me to Birch Acres Mall... She says she can't and I understand, because as a Birch Acres residence, I know that Van Riebeck Park is far from where I live! One hour later... I go online to place another order! Within 5 minutes, I get a call from the lady from Birch Acres Mall to inform me that I've made two orders do I want one or both? I ask her... Only now you call to ask me about the order I made one hour ago and the one five minutes ago?! She the goes on to tell me that the orders are placed by the call centre and she has no hand in it and, and, and... As I write this review, I am waiting for my order! I work at OR Tambo International Airport and Debonairs Pizza is an every day meal for me! I could've called Roman's Pizza, Andiccio's, Panarotis or any other pizzeria but I chose Debonairs! Worst decision ever! It's a Sunday afternoon and no one wants to drive out... But, considering the service, I should've gone out! The service I received is appalling! To say I am disappointed is an understatement!
