Alex Mall Debonairs pizza is disgusting

So I ordered two large pizzas day before yesterday and when I got it it had nothing on it, just a source like mayonnaise and tomato sauce, Iwas so disappointed because it was so bad in a way that isn't edible, which I threw away, I left a complaint and a guy called Zenzele Ncube called yesterday to apologize and told me that their staff is still new, apologize after I have lost my money? Then he promised to call me yesterday as he still wanted to resolve the issue, I'm still waiting for his call.. Honestly I don't even want pizza from Alex mall even if they want to resolve the issue, I would rather have one from a different Debonairs or my money back, I don't want to be disgusted again.
