I ordered a pizza online and didn't get it. I called the help line and the uneducated consultant kept on transferring the call or dropping it. I called about 5 times spending R60 on airtime just to find out where if the pizza will be delivered or how do I go about getting a refund. Still now I haven't gt my pizza and funds was deducted from my account. Order placed at 18:24. I'm so frustrated that such a stupid person was answering the phone.
