portia-cashier was rude to me when she was experiencing problems with her speed point machine than she asked me punch my pin again but I told her it hasn't notify me yet but if it does twice I will come back she didn't respond than it happens It does go through I went back when I got the she wasn't interested to talk to she calls the supervisor she doesn't apologise also the supervisor just tells the money it will be reversed than she goes to de back office n ot apologising.. I believe they don't know what is good customer service is please talk to your staff.
