Aggressive Manager and Poor Customer Service

The Manager at Debonairs Pizza John Mhlamba at the Musgrave Centr in Durban was extremely rude and arrogant to me when I came to place an order. He refused to redeem my voucher and refused to assist me in correcting an order due to his mistake. Due to my religious beliefs my family and I do not consume pork and requested that the error of chicken and pork be changes to barbeque chicken.

He began to insult me and refused to change the order despite it not being processed. He constantly insisted that he was right and did not refund me, nor redeem my voucher neither did he give me the correct pizzas.

I require the assistance of the owner of this branch.
