AGAIN

<p>So sick and tired of the Karaglen branch...</p> <p> </p> <p>So in 2 Months it started with the driver charging me R380 for a R180 bill, the manager being extremely rude because I said my order was incorrect, branch forgot to instruct the driver to hand over the card machine and the manager said he will drop my order , till Saturday which was the worst event ever with Debonairs Karaglen... I ordered a promotion of 2 pizza's 2 sides and a 2L coke, I added on one more side and one more 2L as well. Firstly the driver took an hour and a half to bring my order through so I called the manager who only said sorry as if he was a broken record, no solution or explanation just a half hearted sorry, the driver placed something heavy on our pizza and the topping was stuck to the box lid so I called back...manager kept quiet, the wings were even uncooked and then I had enough and told the manager to send someone to fix collect the food and give me a refund...up till now I have had no feedback from the manager to my refund and I want it because I left the pizza's on the counter and resorted to MR delivery. Pathetic service. </p>
