Adeline's ****ndous service at Debonairs Maitland

On Saturday 19:00, I ordered food from Debonairs in Maitland. At 20:25, I called to find out why my pizza hasn't been delivered yet and someone by the name of "Adeline" answered stating they called my number and I answered saying they should deliver to Athlone, mind you I am from kensington. I stated that that's impossible, my app has one number and I have been waiting for a call, she said she would call back in a few minutes. I called back a few minutes later, whilst explaining she put down the phone. My partner then called from my phone and she started shouting at us telling us that they dont deliver to our area, we then told her, we order every week and why did the app accept our order if you dont deliver to the area. This person was abrupt, rude, indecent, insincere, blatantly disregarded everything we said, spoke while we were speaking, shouted louder than us and then laughed when I said I would take this further. She called agaim a few moments ago saying they unfortunately won't be able to deliver. @Debonairs Managers, your people need training, coaching and soft skills worshops. This service was ********** and this will not be the only platform I will be posting on. I too am a manager and I would never allow an employee of mine to treat any customer the way my husband and I were treated tonight. You will lose all your customers if you continue at this rate.
