Accused of lying

On 2nd Dec2015 I complained about pathetic service rendered, my double pizza order was delivered at about 3 hours late. A few days later I received a call from management (Nomvula) whom was extremely apologetic and offered me a discount on my next order. In 2016 I placed an order hoping for my discount but that was not the case as I failed to mention it before I placed the order, I was told to mention the discount to the manager on duty who will gladly assist. I did as I was told but the manager who was not Nomvula told me the is nothing in my profile about any discount so I should call tomorrow(20th April) when Nomvula is on duty to which I objected an suggested that Nomvula be called and sort it out. Nomvula was called and I was told that she says \I was given my discount\" I felt like I was stabbed in my heart! I then ask for the transaction to be retrieved as I want to know what was the orde
