Account debited but order not delivered

After the longest time without having pizza and the excitement that restaurants will be making deliveries. It’s really sad how debonnairs has treated me, Debonnairs Lenasia south to be precise. I placed an order worth R204.90 on Friday the 8th of May, around 16h58, an sms was sent to me that the order was received and being prepared. My account was debited and I never received the order. I tried countless times to call the restaurant without any luck. I’m amazed by the audacity of this restaurant debiting my account and banking the money without delivering my order, not even a call from them. I contacted my bank to reverse the money and I was given a turnaround time of more than a month and it’s not guaranteed that I’ll get the money back. This is *******, it got me thinking whether is it coz I ordered from the township hence I wasn’t taken serious. I ordered online again at Carlton Centre and received the order within 30min as I at work in town on Wednesday. Debonnairs Lenasia south is a disgrace and managed by ****** if this is how you all operating, you should be ashamed of yourselves
