My partner ordered a pizza online around 15:21 it's now 5 hours later we are being sent from pillar to post,waited for our delivery outside feeling cold in this winter and when we repeatedly call them we being told the driver is on the way, or he went pass our place and with the last call we being told he came but left because our fone was off wow! Mams mall service is pethetic and they have no customer service and I won't even begin on their telephone etiquette HORRIBLE! Hope these people are being trained properly before taking on these jobs...
