Absolutely terrible

Ordered a half and half pizza online the app did it's did it's own thing and not added the cream cheese as a swop so I called the store same time and spoke to Austin who claims to be the manager any way he said he will call me back and he didn't even call me back I had to call him back he says oh the driver left with the pizza already and I said same time that I called you soon as I placed the order then he says ok no problem I'll call the driver. Back to sort you pizza out there after I waited a hour and 20 mins for the pizza wen he came the first thing I asked the driver if he was called back to the store to sort the prob out he said no. Then paid took the pizza the box was Lil smashed on the top anyways took it in and opened it the something meaty side all the toppings was stuck to the box and no cream cheese was put on it. I then had to jump in my car and drive all the way there wen I get there I showed them the pizza. Austin who claims to be the management says his sorry. So I told him you also **** to me About calling the driver back to sort the problem and in from of the driver I asked him and the driver confirmed that he was not called back to the store. He then offered me another pizza whice I refused and told them I want my Money back. I have pics of this pizza it is terrible.this not the First time I'm having a problem with this branch debonairs commercial road PMB. I hate you guys after so many problems I constantly have with this specific branch.
