Absolutely shocking

Your service is pathetic, it has been more than an hour and a half since I ordered from Debonairs Croydon for delivery. They are about a 5 minute drive from me. When I phoned I was told the driver was out, then when I phoned again I was told it is outside your office hours and to hold for a manager.

The manager put me through to a lady who could barely speak English. She asked me to come and fetch the order, if I could do that, I would have. When I asked her when I can expect the order she said she doesn't know where the driver is. You beter refund my payment, I refuse to pay for horrible service like this, even if I ever receive this order
