Absolutely poor service delivery Debonairs!!!!

Received the most pathetic service from Debonairs. I bought 3 vouchers on the 20th of April, on the vodaypay app. Everytime I want to use the voucher, online and on store the voucher numbers give errors, when you phone or mail debonairs they inform you that the customer can go and try again. Why should a customer pay for something/servive, then still need to phone or WhatsApp /mail them the whole time to actually get a service delivered which I paid for more than 2 months ago. Up until now, I could only use 1 voucher, which Debonairs had to do the order for me from their side. Absolutely pathetic to say the least.

Don't ever dare and buy a voucher for Debonairs. They are full of stories, and lack customer service. But ja, I guess they received their money so why bother to assist a client.
