absolutely poor service

<p>I placed an order online and it was accepted by the store for delivery. I called an hour later and was told the delivery will be sent shortly as the driver did not know where the place is - they should have called to find out wheres my place. then 1 and a half hours later i get a call to say that they wont deliver as its too far!!! even though the order was accepted by the store and i called them and they said theyll deliver. they have delivered previous orders to my address so why is it a problem now? Doubt i'll be buying from them again!</p>
