Absolutely pathetic service. Will definitely not be trying anything from you guys again

I placed an order for collect at the Stanger branch at king shaka street at 17:24 with the collect time set to ASAP. When I was at the store it was relatively quiet with a handful of clients mostly waiting for pick up. I placed my order online for a crammed crust and small pizza thinking that they would be ready by 6. I went to the store at 18:10 only to find out that the order was only half ready and the manager had to ask the kitchen staff to make the small pizza at the time when I went to pick up the pizza. I travel home using public transport and the last taxi is at half past six so I was not gonna have transport to go home. Secondly I live with my family and now I have to go home and make a plan to make supper because of the absolutely pathetic service provided. I will definitely not be recommending your brand to anyone because it seems to me that you guys are only serving clients that yourl want to
