Absolutely pathetic service from Debonairs Grassy Park

Ordered a pizza from the Grassy Park branch at 18:53 for delivery. I live 5 mins away. Called a few times and struggled to get through and when I did I was just told they were busy and they could pick up my order on the system and would call me back after 5 mins which did not happen. That was at 20:05. At 20:40 I decided to try and call and as I was on hold which was very normal for me by now, the delivery guy pulled up. My app had stopped working where it would track my order. The delivery guy did apologies for it being late however when he took it out of his bag I noticed what seemed to be a plate ontop of the box at the time. I generally check the colour of the hot or not sticker, it was red but as I turned away after locking the door, I had hardly walked 3 steps and the sticker went black. Is this what you guys as a business do to ensure that your customers are fooled to bypass your promise. Pizza was under Luke warm and a bit tough like pizza would be the morning after when u microwave it. I am so so dissatisfied with the service and will encourage everyone I know in and around the grassy park area to never order from that branch. Absolutely disgusting service.
