Absolutely Disgusted by the Service and Quality at Debonairs Pizza (Commercial Street, PMB)

I am beyond appalled by the absolute disaster that Debonairs Pizza on Commercial Street dares to call food service. I walked in expecting a decent meal after a long, exhausting day, but what I received was nothing short of an overpriced, inedible insult.

I ordered a Meaty Triple-Decker Pizza—a whopping R204.95 in Cyril Ramaphosa’s economy, which is no small amount to waste on whatever stale, tasteless, cardboard-like excuse for a pizza you served me. The first layer? Completely bare—not a single topping in sight. The second layer? A burnt mess of mince with a few miserable s****s of pork, as if you assumed that was “sufficient.” How dare you advertise something and then deliver this kind of disgrace?

To add insult to injury, when I raised this issue, one of your so-called "managers" could not have cared less—completely unbothered, dismissive, and more focused on rushing through the next customer than actually addressing my complaint. Zero accountability. Zero customer service. Just blatant disregard.

With the amount of money Debonairs sinks into advertising, perhaps you should set aside a budget for training your staff—on food preparation, on presentation, and most importantly, on actually making a pizza that resembles what you claim to be selling. What you’re putting out right now? Absolute garbage. Bottom of the barrel.

Frankly, this has to be one of the worst fast-food experiences I’ve ever had. If you're going to charge premium prices, at least make an effort. Sies.
