Absolutely BAD Service

<p>On Friday 27 January 2017 i placed my very first online order with debonairs. The order was confirmed via email at 11:33. On the website I prompted that the delivery be made at 12:15. At about 12:20, i phoned the store i ordered from(Debonairs, George) and enquired about my delivery and they were waiting for the delivery guy to return. At 12:40 I phoned again, and the girl i spoke to, Charlene, assured me that they are sending the order right away. At 13:15 i again phoned the store, and spoke to Megan, I asked her to check if my order has left the store, i was on the line for about 10seconds when the opposite side hung up. This is extremely unacceotable from a company that claims to have great delivery service. And isnt the online service suppose to be more efficient?????</p> <p>You should realy invest in training your staff beter, and to equip the stores with all the resources needed.</p> <p>Because this is clearly a result of lack of training and resources.</p>
