ABSOLUTE INCOMPETANCE

The customer service at the Carlton Centre branch is an absolute nightmare and a complete embarrassment to the hospitality industry. The ladies at the till hadput on their hairnets in a fancy manner. One of the ladies would occasionally take a sit to rest where customers are supposed to be sitting and having worked in this industry and trained too that is forbidden. The lady who was calling and giving out the orders was wearing a fishaways uniform not wearing a hairnet and would scratch her hair and look at her dandruff while packing pizzas in the boxes too. The waiting time that I was told was 10min however I waited for 24min which I was not advised upon. This business should seriously consider some revamp of the staff and and the way in which it operates. The hair on the ladies at the till was exposed on the sides and at the back. Not very hygienic if you ask me
