A very dissaponted and disgusted customer

I am very disappointed and disgusted with the service I received from Debonairs pizza in Golden Acre in Cape town. I bought the large something meaty pizza with extra cheese but received just the normal pizza. I advised the superviser on duty that I was not happy with the pizza and it was burnt on the sides. She promised to call "Richard" the manager who apparently was supposed to sort out my inquiry. Richard himself told me that they couldn't place the pizza on the oven as it was the end of their shift and in any case it was going to burn even more @ this case I'm very frustrated and asked Richard to compensate me only to tell me that he will have to call me back as they have already catched up. I have never witnessed anything like this before dissaponted to the core with their incompetency as I have also worked in the customer services and believe that my enquiry could have been handled better, not only Am I dissapointed but I left their store with neither of my money or the pizza I bought for my daughter with a an amount of R180.00
