A very bad service from debonairs protea gardens

If only it was possible to rate them zero I would, yesterday I place my order online at 15:59 and I couldn't track my order I then received an sms at 17:37 saying my order has been delivered that time I haven't received my order I called the call Centre they kept on transferring my calls to the store Protea Gardens mall at 1st the store never answer my call the second time when I was transferred again they answered and told me to be patient as they only have 1 driver on duty on a month end imagine I the got a missed call at 17:41 from the driver actually it was like it was a buzz I immediately returned the call while standing outside he never answered I called the number 8 times the call kept ending. The driver called again at 18:14 saying his back at the store the time he was calling me at 17:41 he was outside my house that time I've been outside since I received the sms saying it's been delivered (17:37) it's not an address issue as I've been ordering with the same address and never had problems. I asked him to cancel the order as we had to leave the house he kept on saying he wants to come back I told him not to come rather refund me. I called the call center again I asked them to cancel the guy told me it will take 12 hours to get my funds back which I'm patiently waiting for the 12 hours to pass but my concern is why Mark my order delivered before you even reach the customer's house and why have 1 driver scheduled on a month end. I hope I get my refund as promised
