A treat for my family turned out to be a miserable exoerience

I'm so utterly disgusted by the service I received from your Blue Hills branch. I placed an order on the app on Friday for the triple decker special which was supposed to be 2 pizzas, 2 small ones, wings and ****tail sausages only to receive something totally unexpected. Firstly The order was delivered 2 hours later, the pizza was ice cold, I opted for the pay by card option but the driver did not bring the speedpoint and told me they were all in use but no one bother to inform me, I specifically asked for the speedpoint because I was going to use my credit card and ended up having to pay cash (sending the driver an ewallet) which I had not budgeted for, to top it all they did not include one pizza in the order. I'm so disappointed, the lady I spoke to from the store was refusing to give me her name and she eventually told me she is Nkateko which I highly doubt. I ended up having to cook for my family and spending cash which was not the plan.
