a quality promise worth nothing

<p>Hi,</p> <p> </p> <p>I ordered from Debonairs Centurion lifestyle which was only 3km away and after almost an hour, nothing had arrived. when we called, we kept hearing a different story. The pizza finally arrived with the driver telling us yet another story. When he took the pizzas out the hot or not dot of the qualit promise was black and he tried to tell us it wasn't? We opened the pizza and it looked terrible. Debonairs state that they give full refunds when the dot is black and when we mailed them the full details of the order and the events including a picture of the pizza, we did not even get an automatic reply, never mind feedback, an apolofy or the refund they promise they give in situations such as these. Never ordering debonairs again.</p>
