A PIZZA THAT TOOK MORE THAN 24HOURS TO BE DELIVERED!

On Friday the 15th of May I ordered a pizza on the App at 16:07 from Sam Ntuli Debonairs store and expected to get delivery of it although I knew that in terms of turn around time they would most likely be delayed however 3 hours was more than enough to spare as they close at 7 but guess what, I never got my pizza AT ALL! on Saturday morning around 10am I got a call from the store and they apologized for the inconvenience and requested to deliver, to avoid drama I choose to not even complain and allow them to deliver however I was not at home then and told them to deliver at 16:00 which they agreed to. Came 16:00 nobody pitched, at 18:00 I got a call from the driver asking for directions and still I chose to be thee most understanding customer and gave directions without complaints. We waited and waited and at 19:00 I finally gave up and prepared a quick meal for my family. Long after we settled after eating at 20:30 I get a call from the driver telling me that he outside! Mind you we have long ate and we are full now! Because we have paid for this pizza and R200 is a lot of money to lose for nothing my husband went out to collect and all we got was a DRY DRY DRY PIZZA WHICH YOU COULD SEE WAS PREPARED MORE THAN 24HOURS AGO WITH HORRIBLY SQUASHED BOXES! I am a great ***** of pizza however after this experience I think m done with Debonairs!
