A delivery service that can not deliver!?

What the actual hell? I place a call on Friday the 28th of February at 20:42 and was connected to Vusi that is working at the Alberton call centre. While placing the order I was informed that they can not deliver me my pizza as the Klerksdorp branch was offline? How is this possible at month-end from a delivery service? Worse than pathetic!!
