A complaint

I placed an order at debonairs pizza Thorntree, I got my KE-DEZEMBA BOX pizza 3 hours later after I've logged a complaint to their LIVE CHAT on their app, unfortunately my pizza was burnt and it didn't have a taste. I was eager to try something new since well I strongly believed in their products but now I'll never buy from them again
