A case of droid at Debonairs pizza

On the 14 of August 2020 i went and bought a pizza at Debonairs in North Crest-Mthatha, didn't notice that the transaction didn't go through as i was using my debit card until i saw an SMS of a transaction with the same amount on the 22September,i then went to my bank and i was told that maybe they were only doing their books and realised they did not debit me, i understood but on the 13th December the same sms came as if it was doing another transaction at the same Debonairs, this made me angry and i took my time to visit the store and was referred to some lady whomever they referred to as the supervisor but her attitude said otherwise, said there is no way that had happened with my card with me unless someone stole my card! I then referred her to the previous incident of September, asked her if she said what i was saying was impossible,how did it happen that the transaction for August could only appear in September?! She called another manager from stears who said i needed to bring all the bank statements talking to these incidents so that they can take this up ,which i brought ( printed with charges), i waited for more than 7 days for a call which they promise they would make within a day and did not, i then went back to find the lady supervisor i met initially only for her to tell me she was asked to call me and tell me there is nothing they could do, the manager didn't even have the aoudecity to come and address me, i am so angry and disappointed not only on the fact that this is just *****/ theft but also at the lack of leadership skill on these people calling them managers at this store!!...i need my R188.80 back into my account,infact it's not even the amount of money that's the issue here but it want justice! I feel like these people have made a fool of me .i am a paying customer who deserves to be treated with respect please
