A Bull**** Experience

I’ve repeatedly had a horrible experience with debonairs pizza dobsonville but my experience with them last night just ****ed on my batteries... I ordered a pizza for delivery and waited for over an hour. I initially waited for 37mins for them to call to confirm the delivery address, I then got a notification that the driver was outside 16-18 minutes later. I went outside but no one was there, I then decided to drive to the shop about 15 minutes later, upon my arrival I was given the lamest explanation by the manager or cashier by the name of Nono(so she said). Her attitude was truly despicable, she decided to get into an argument with me instead of remedying the situation as she could see that I ways frustrated, she then heard the nerve to tell me that she won’t speak to me because I called out her bull**** of an explanation. I drove back home and waited a further 10 minutes before the driver started hooting outside instead of phoning as Nono clearly indicated that their drivers carry phones and call when they are outside. She told me that I shouldn’t rely on the app when it tells me that the driver is outside, I should instead wait for the phone call because the app will say the driver has arrived but would most likely be delivering in my area and not necessarily by my address. Which is just utter bull**** because I worked for the company that designed the back end to their app and CRM, so I’m quite fami**** with the technicalities of the app. It doesn’t end there, the pizzas were both cramped and looked shriveled up, I even took photos. It didn’t taste good at all and was just a ‘topping’ to all the bull**** I experienced.
