I ordered a pizza at 3:30 though the online portal. My pizza arrived at 4:45 and was smashed. There was no recourse for me for the late pizza in bad condition as I already paid online. My order should have came with a 1.5L coke that I paid for but it did not. I called the restaurant to query but Michelle at Sheffield (Lenasia South) Debobairs insists that no coke order was placed and that the price I paid is what it should be. Upon reviewing my order receipt, the pizza + crammed crust + coke come up to R169.80 + R20.00 for delivery. Please could you arrange to refund my money for the coke as I paid for it but did not receive it and clearly the restaurant will not be sending it.
