I'm so disappointed with the management of debonairs Croyden (Firgrove). In February this year my vehicle was involved in accident whereby one of their delivery s******s was at fault. I reported the incident provided them with all the required documentation and police AR number needed to process my claim. It's been 7 months now and no one has made an effort to contact me. If I want an update I'm required to drive to the store and all I here from the manager is that they are busy with the claim. This is honestly poor and unacceptable service for a well established company as debonairs.
