5 Hours after order wa splaced no delivery

I orderd a chicken tika sub at 12:00 on 06/06/2015 with delivery to my place of work and at 16:54 when i went to the shop to find out why has the order not been deliverd i was told that they dont deliver for less than R100 and that the person that took my order is not there. I asked to speak to the manager of the shop and was told that she was busy, then the manager came to the front while she was busy talking on her cell phone, when she droped the call she was busy with, she interupted me and started talking to the lady that was busy helping me. The lady told the manager that i have a problem with a delivery that was not done, the manager then told me that she cant help me becuase the persone that took my order is not there, then her phone rang again and she took the call. As i asked the manager that we still busy talking her reply was that i can wait. The manager made no effort to apologise for any thing. As i left the shop with out a sub or a answer the manager with the lady that tryed to help me started to luagh at me
