4hour late cold pizza

I ordered a pizza and one side at debonairs in belhar. The order was placed online. And the store immediately confirmed the order at 18:56. I waited and waited. But no one came to deliver the pizza. A hour passed and I called the store over 10 times but no one answered. (keep in mind. I had no other food in my house to make for me and my kids. Hence I ordered take aways). So we went to bed with no food. Because it is lockdown. And we couldn't go buy anything else as all the shops close at 8.. So I went to sleep. I received a phone call at 22h30. The guy rudely asks me if I ordered a pizza. I said yes. So he says come out I'm outside. At 22h30 at night!!!! Curfew starts at 9pm. So how is he even still delivering pizza 4hours after I placed my order.. I received a cold pizza. And the delivery guy just tells me "We were busy" and gets in his vehicle and drives away. And ended up not even eating the pizza. I'm disgusted with the service. Why do you accept orders if you can't deliver within a set time. I was woken to receive a ****ty cold pizza with a blue/grey slip. Sies man debonairs.!
