40 minutes for a counter order

On Saturday 14th November 2015 I made the mistake of visiting the Debonairs store at the Wild Coast Sun. I placed an order for the new crunch pizza with cheese sides and it took 40 minutes and my raising my voice before I could get the order. the excuse from David was that the base was not ready and every 5 mins he would tell me my order was in the oven. whilst waiting for my order I noticed that the orders were not coming out sequentially and these orders were for more or less similar items i.e real deal pizzas or large pizzas. it seem to be the person who made the most noise got their order first. it was 35mins of waiting that I realised my order was only being prepared then. After this time the rest of my family had placed food orders elsewhere, had not only received their food but also finished eating it. <br> the service from David and his excuses are not acceptable. Tracey should have told me when placing the order that the base was not available rather than telling me the order was in the oven every few minutes.<br> it must be noted that only after shouting to cancel the order did I get my food<br> Either decide which items you can prepare or change the menu accordingly
